Health and Safety:The organisation shall assess all the workplace risks to expectant and nursing mothers, to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to remove or reduce any risks to their health and safety.

Freedom of Association & Right to Collective Bargaining:All personnel shall have the right to form, join and organise trade union of their choice and to bargain collectively on their behalf with the organisation.
Working Hours:Comply with applicable laws on working hours, breaks and public holidays.
Remuneration:Respect the right of personnel to a living wage and ensure that it always meet at least minimum basic wages.
Management System:A policy statement comply with SA8000, national laws, and other applicable laws.
Management System:Zero tolerance policy to prohibit any and all forms of bribery, corruption, extortion and embezzlement. Respect intellectual property rights and safeguard customer information. Develop and maintain business ethics.
Child Labour:No child labours under the age of 16.
Forced or Compulsory Labour:No forced or compulsory labour.
Discrimination:No discrimination in hiring, remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement based on race, national or territorial or social origin, caste, birth, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political opinion, age or any other condition that could give rise to discrimination.
Disciplinary Practices:No corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion or verbal abuse of personnel.
